MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Responsibilities for the Relationship Manager is to provide an excellent experience for all residents and actively become the face of the brand from point of first enquiry through the entire resident experience. Ensuring that an exceptional customer service to is delivered to residents, colleagues and other stakeholders of the business. The Relationship Manager must adhere to Brand Standards.
