About the Role

 The Project Executive Assistant works in unison and conjunction with the management team developing the construction of a real estate project in particularly providing vital support for the Commercial Director on the project(s). This assistant will monitor the project goals of the Commercial Director and provide administrational assistance and project coordination. In essence, the goal is to ensure the project is delivered on time of schedule.

This role will ensure efficiency and organisation within the construction project and will play a crucial role in managing the demands of the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Director.

You will ideally have experience in a similar role or be a quick learner with an interest in construction.

Desirable: Working experience and understanding of CDM Regulations: The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM Regulations)

Your Skills and Abilities

Experience Desirable:

HNC / HND in an engineering discipline

BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field

PMP certificate will be a great benefit

Skills in use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Document management, Gaant charts and Programme management packages

Contract Management

Financial aspects of projects (tender docs, budgets, Bill of Quality BOQ's)
