MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

As a senior manager within the on-site team, this role acts as operational service delivery leader for all aspects of the resident experience from the first enquiry through to the resident’s departure from the village. Providing leadership to the SRM’s, the Head of Relationship Management must ensure our clients Brand Standards are delivered at all times, whilst working to improve and maximise commercial returns. Responsible for ensuring portfolios are operated and maintained in a safe and compliant manner, the Head of Relationship Management liaises directly with Estate Management and Facilities Management team(s) to maintain asset value and performance over the long term. Working collaboratively with peers and colleagues, building talent and developing teams to perform at a consistently high standard is key to this role. As a champion of best practice, continuous improvement and innovation, this role has a high degree of accountability, responsibility and decision-making.
