Role Overview / Concept

Our client have a brand new apartment development comprising 207 units. All the units are held in single ownership (an institutional investor) and will be rented out. The owner is seeking to create a unique ‘rental’ experience offering its residents a range of enhanced services and lifestyle choices. The scheme will have reduced moving costs, no letting fees and a proactive onsite team.

The property is located in Outer West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a new type of rental building and lifestyle for the consumer. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the building as well as being the first point of contact for residents of the scheme and responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times.

Person Specification

Our client is seeking both customer service experience as well as ideally property management experience. Comfortable in a senior management role which requires you to be professional and organised, personable and proactive and responsive.

If you are not IRPM qualified, you will be enrolled and expected to undertake the new IRPM ‘Build to Rent’ qualification (the cost of this will be covered by our clients)

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

The role comprises oversight of all aspects of the management and leasing of this building, via an onsite team and supporting back office team. The General Manager will take full responsibility for the building ensuring that it is kept to a high standard at all times and that residents receive exceptional customer service have an enjoyable experience.  These roles include:
